It was hard to get the order through.  I selected the grey color and it wouldn't let me order, so I changed to gold, and it still wouldn't let me order.  I asked for help and did all of the things that were suggested and it still wouldn't let me put in an order.  Finally, I let it pick the color and it went through.  If the color isn't available, then why does it show on the site?  However, it came quickly and so far is working fine.  There is an occasional unusual sound, like a radio gets when you lose the station, a crackling when listening to audiobooks and I don't know why.  It loaded more items than my old iPod did, same generation.  But, I'm happy to have one that will hold a charge now.  Thank you.  It's in nice condition, as I ordered a "premier" one.  I hope it continues to do so.
