I Bought a Motorola G82 for my child, i was hoping to buy two however they ran out of stock. The service leading up to sending was a bit hit and miss because I accidentally entered an old address and I tried to change it however they wouldnt allow me to change the suburb. There was much back and forth and they asked me if i would be happy to just cancel the order but as they Item was out of stock i didnt want that. I gave up and I was planning to just redirect the item when it was sent via AusPost however the people who were packing it actually SMS'd me and gave me the opportunity to give them the correct address and they CHANGED IT FOR ME! The Item when it arrived was well packed came with a charger and fully charged and even had a case on the phone which was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
